My solo night here was marred by noise from a wedding reception that went late into the night. The lack of soundproofing made it hard to sleep. the early morning lawn care was intrusive. Future guests should check for event schedules carefully.

missingWrote a review on Jul 05comfy bedsgreat locationfamily-friendly activitiespoor ventilation
We had a blast staying with friends! We visited an awesome indoor soft play area and an outdoor playground, which kept the kids entertained. The beds were comfy, and the location made exploring easy. Just remember, while breakfast was decent, don’t expect gourmet dining.
One downside was that our room was a bit too hot, and we struggled to get a good night's sleep because of it. The airflow could definitely use some improvement.

This was a strong match for a weekend outing in Portsmouth with good price-value balance. The children’s play area was brilliant and kept them entertained for 2 hours! Just be aware of the height restrictions if you have older kids looking to supervise younger ones.
